The galbanum plant grows in Iran & Afghanistan. Its gum is harvested by cutting into the roots and is then distilled. The essence obtained blends well with herbaceous & chypre green tones. It brings a touch of impertinence as the top note of Miss Dior Original.

The symbol of soft femininity, jasmine is one of the most commonly used flowers in perfumery. It is so delicate that it alone is a fragrance. Jasmine is one of the components of the heart note of Miss Dior Original.

Patchouli is a plant originally from Indonesia & Malaysia. A key element of the perfumer’s palette, its essence is obtained by steam distilling the dried leaves. It is used in chypre, woody, and oriental fragrances.
